Thanks to the special arrangements we've made with courier services, we're able to provide shipping rates that are significantly lower than typical rates. Our express shipping options are more affordable compared to EMS, thanks to this. 

Additionally, we offer discounted shipping depending on cart value. Orders over USD$150 qualify for free shipping!

Delivery Policy:

Typically, orders placed before 12 PM Japan time can be shipped on the same day. However, if items need to be back-ordered, this period may extend beyond the same day.

Additional orders can be accepted until 3 PM, but depending on the progress of that day's shipping operations, they may be processed the following day.

For orders containing multiple items, we aim to ship everything collectively.

You'll receive an email with tracking details once your package is on its way. Subsequent updates on your parcel's location will be communicated via email when updates on tracking information are available.

Delivery requires your signature to ensure the package is received securely. If you are not available, and your parcel is deposited at a local post office, please arrange for its pickup.

Be aware that your items are classified as imports, and you will bear all associated import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees may be charged upon arrival to the country and are your responsibility and are not included in our website's payment.

Packing and Damage:

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive undamaged and our track record shows minimal issues.

Should any item be damaged in transit, please send us a detailed photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Import Taxes & Customs Fees:

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs fees and must provide any required documents. These fees include sales tax, duties (approximately 6% for the European Union), and any carrier handling fees.

DHL and FedEx typically invoice these fees post-delivery, while EMS (JP Post) collects at delivery. For Airmail Small Packet, your national carrier would typically bill you.

We understand that this process may be something some customers are concerned about and we aim to alleviate any concerns about customs fees with our transparent process.

Country-Specific Information:

  • USA: Packages under $800 USD generally incur no fees. For larger amounts, we will try to split shipments and avoid fees, though we cannot guarantee this.
  • Australia: As of July 1, 2018, any order regardless of value may face customs duties. We advice your refer to the following website for more information: Australian customs website
  • Canada: Orders over $20 CAN require payment of duties and GST. For more information, please refer to the Canadian customs website.
  • Singapore: Orders over $400 SGD are subject to duties and GST. For more information, please refer to the Singapore customs website.
  • EU: The Total Value of the order, including product and shipping fees, is subject to consumption tax and import duty. For information on importing goods to Switzerland, please refer to the Switzerland customs website.
